Which bone/toy is best for my dog?
We believe that all dogs should be able to enjoy our products, from the small Yorkie to the Pit Bull. We've rated our products in accordance to whether they are deemed best fit for an aggressive chewing dog or a gentle chewer. Each item's description includes the rating.
Do you warranty your products?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Tex offers returns on items within (30) days of original date of purchase. Returns are valid on products in our premium, TPR line for aggressive chewers only. A premium bone is eligible for return if it has sustained serious damage caused by an animal. To be eligible for a refund, please email our customer service department at info@texchews.com. After the product is returned, we will provide you with a full reimbursement, minus your return shipping cost. After (30) days from the original date of purchase, all sales are considered final. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Is your product safe?
No bones about it - our product is safe! We've used the best material and made sure to avoid any harmful contaminates in all of our products.
Is your product sold in stores?
No. Tex Smoke'N'Chews are currently only available for purchase directly through our website.
Can I buy in bulk?

How quickly are new orders processed?
We process all orders within 48 hours. Shipping time varies based on location.
What is your return policy?

Yes! We think dogs of every nationality should enjoy our products.
Where do the items in my order ship from?
All of our products are shipped out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, so delivery time is usually just a few days for U.S. based orders.
